Initial Individual Session (45-50 minutes) $150.00
Individual Counseling Session (45-50 minutes) $125.00
Initial Couples Session (45 to 50 minutes) $160.00
Couples Counseling Session (45 to 50 minutes) $140.00
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am happy to assist you with filing of your claim by providing you with a properly coded insurance ready statement. Most PPO plans will reimburse you for some portion of the cost of your services. I am also happy to provide you with a receipt for your employees pretax flex benefit plan or Health Savings account if applicable. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
If cost is an issue, please discuss this with me, as it may be possible to arrange a sliding scale plan based on your income.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Payments of cash, money orders or checks are accepted.
