I believe this can happen when a safe environment to explore, without judgement exists. I truely believe every person has value and deserves overall life satisfaction.
In my wellness practice, I assist people in recognizing, understanding and learning to manage negative thought patterns. My approach to treatment focuses on the person as a unique individual and treatment is tailored to be highly personalized. In working together, we can explore your current situation, assess the problem areas and develop new ways of coping through your life challenges. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach with a solution based focus model which provides practical and effective symptom reducing techniques. I find that results are seen quickly and the work of true healing begins.
I can also provide clinical supervision to limited license counseling practioners. I believe in a personalized and comprehensive supervision with the duration and frequency tailored to the clinician's needs.
